Intervalos Fitness is a 45 minute workout that combines strength training with intervals of low, medium and high intensity cardio exercises. Our workout is tailored to suit both, beginners and experienced individuals, ensuring an ideal fit for everyone.

Each station in the workout setup has three exercises that can accommodate up to six clients. The workout session lasts 45 minutes, during which participants cycle through the three stations, spending 15 minutes at each station. This allows participants to jump in and start their workout every 15 minutes at any time.
